When you wish to return or exchange an item, please ensure that it is in its original condition, meaning it has never been worn and is accompanied by its original packaging. This condition is essential for processing your return request.

However, it is important to note that custom-made jewelry is not eligible for exchange or credit.

We are responsible for repairing diamond jewelry for any major manufacturing defects.

The 1-year warranty does not cover damage caused by any type of abuse.
